I have had mayor issue about finding out how to record in tracks through Logic Pro as well as Garage Band. My interface is a Dynacord Powermate 3, 1000 Watt amplifier which according to my knowledge should provide 2 stereo tracks or 4 mono tracks though the USB cable. Below I have added a section (in italic) from Dynacords webpage regarding the USB audio interface: Link: 'DIGITAL USB 2.0 AUDIO INTERFACE The USB 2.0 port serves as a digital audio interface between the PowerMate and a PC or Mac. Four channels can be transmitted in either direction simultaneously. This interface can therefore be used either for the input of audio signals (e.g. For playback or interval music) or else for live- or studio-recording applications.

It is configured by selecting the relevant setting in the menu.' I have installed the latest driver for OX Mountain Lion. I have picked Dynacord interface in Preferences --> Audio --> Input and Output device. Furthermore I have created a new song project with four tracks where I have picked input 1, 2, 3 and 4 for each track.

Sep 2, 2010 - USB Audio ASIO driver helps you connect USB audio interfaces to music applications via ASIO at latencies down to 4ms. Features: USB-audio.

Nevertheless Logic Pro do only record in track 1 even if I connect multiple jack cables as guitar, Microphone etc. Can anyone help mee please???:-) Regards Martin. Unfortunately I do not have a Dynacord. I was simply making sure the standard way of doing things, wasn't working. I cannot think of any reason it won't record all four tracks at the same time if all four R buttons were highlighted in red. Usually with other interfaces, it is that simple. All I can think of, given you are using Logic correctly, is your Dynacord drivers are not working correctly.

What is odd is that you can hear all four channels through Logic yes? Logic's meters are showing movement on all four tracks yes? Mscomct2cab install. You just cannot record all four at the same time? When you arm just one track, does it work normally? For example, Can you record track 2 instead of track 1? Finally, did you install the latest drivers for the Dynacord as discussed in this thread? Unfortunately I do not have a Dynacord.

Finally, did you install the latest drivers for the Dynacord as discussed in this thread? Hi The Art of Sound, First of all. Thanks alot for your help. I am working in Belgium at the moment and my power mixer is at my home in Denmark at the moment. As far as I remember there where movement in the meters on track with input 1 and 2 and not 3 and 4.

Anyhow it did not matter which jack I plugged my cables into in the power mixer?? Talking about odd!!:-) True.

I cannot record all four track at the same time and I am not completely sure which jack I have to use in my power mixer (jack 1 -10) When I arm one track the meters is reacting properly so there is for sure a connection between the computer and the powermixer. (read: The driver seems to work properly) I cannot record two different instruments on two different tracks at same time, but I can record as many tracks as Logic allows using the same instrument if input is set as either input 1 or 2. If the track is set to input 3 or 4 the meters do not react. I have installed the latest driver. I made the reply in above mentioned thread my selfes.:-) Hope you can help me?
